Goods Return Policy

GENERAL

We must be notified of all returns within 30 days of receipt of goods, with the exception of faulty goods (see below). Returns cannot be accepted for credit without an official returns reference (RMA). All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

INCORRECTLY ORDERED / NO LONGER REQUIRED

Unwanted or incorrectly ordered goods must be returned at customers expense. A 20% handling fee will be applied.

INCORRECTLY SUPPLIED GOODS

Goods supplied incorrectly will be replaced at our expense. A credit note will be issued for the incorrect goods once they are received back at our warehouse.

DAMAGED OR MISSING GOODS

Items damaged in transit or missing from the parcel will be replaced at our expense.

KEYS SUPPLIED AS CUT TO NUMBER OR COPY

Non-working keys cut to code number are non-refundable. Non-working keys cut to copy must be returned with the original key to be checked and re-cut at our expense.

FAULTY GOODS

Items deemed faulty are liable to manufacturers inspection. A warranty repair may be given; we cannot guarantee credit or replacement. We offer a 6 month time window for reporting faulty goods.

SPECIAL ORDERS

Non-catalogued stock items ordered from manufacturer are non-refundable.
